Banana peanut butter spread

Over the years I have seen a ton of people walk around my college dorm eating this combo for breakfast (and the occasional midnight study snack). You just peel a banana, spread on some peanut butter and walk out the door. And I don’t eat this peanut butter spread in place of peanut butter.


I do still eat regular nut butters on an almost-daily basis. But I like this one (my mom actually made it up when I was in high school) because it’s easier to sprea less messy, and I think the pb and banana flavors really stand out more when they’re mashed together. Banana spread is an easy way to add sugar-free sweetness to a sandwich or cracker.

It can also be used as a cake filler, cake topping and dessert filling. Peanut Butter Banana Bread is a peanut butter lover’s dream banana bread! Enjoy a slice with extra peanut butter or a drizzle of honey and you will be in banana bread heaven!

In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Stir in peanut butter , bananas, flour and baking soda until blended. Bake at 3degrees F (1degrees C) for minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack to cool.


Start by spreading each banana with peanut butter and placing them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper to ensure that the bananas don’t stick to the pan as they freeze. Add a stick (if desired) Insert your stick of choice in each banana before they are placed in the freezer. In a small dish using a rubber spatula, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup until combined. For each sandwich, spread some peanut butter mixture over a pancake, then top with another pancake.


Beat together the peanut butter , brown sugar and granulated sugar with an electric mixer on medium-high speed in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla, then fold in the mashed banana. These frozen chocolate covered peanut butter banana bites are the perfect healthy warm weather treat. Keep a batch in the freezer for easy snacking and enjoy two bites for less than 1calories! Recipes don’t get much simpler than this but honestly, I think this is one of my favorite recipes of.


The combination of peanut butter and bananas is a wonderful addition to your diet. Combine peanut butter and bananas are a great source of protein and fiber. They also contain certain vitamins and minerals that are good for your health, such as potassium and iron. The peanut butter and chocolate flavour combo is a classic for good reason and one that I can’t resist!


Beat the peanut butter , butter , and sugar with a mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, to minutes.

Spoon the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. You think you’ve got a great banana bread recipe, but have you had this peanut butter banana bread? It’s so soft and full of chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. It’s fairly rich in nutrients and a decent protein source. It’s also loaded with fiber, vitamins and minerals.


But if you love peanut butter , you can make the delicious bread even tastier by mixing. Gently roll the tortilla around the banana. Roll the entire tortilla up into a roll-up, with the banana being surrounded by layers of peanut butter , hazelnut spread , strawberries, and tortilla. Stir together with peanut butter , cream cheese, raisins, almond milk and cinnamon.


Spread desired amount on crackers or toasted English muffins. Drizzle with honey or jam, if desired. Note: Keep spread in airtight container in refrigerator.


Bananas and chunky peanut butter complement each other in this quick brea which bakes to a beautiful golden brown.
